    [ltr] BAGHDAD / Obelisk: called the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary member Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum, the Sabbath, to the formation of a committee to monitor the oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil to ensure durability.

    Bahr al-Ulum said that "there is a desire to perpetuate this agreement and I propose that a committee of oil and energy parliamentary agreement with the Commission on oil in the Kurdistan region to monitor oil exports through Ceyhan or monitor all export operations in Iraq," adding that "the supervisory task can be contribute to the perpetuation of the agreement between the two parties. "
     He continued that "the agreement included suppliers basic first unify export across Sumo gate, as well as the unification of the central revenue," he said, adding that "any neutrality for both of these objectives bases is a violation and therefore disabled and there is a clause in the draft this year's budget law confirms this thing."
    And "We are the aftermath of the current year's budget discussions, and a statement of analytical Zebari message warning of an Iraqi official aware of the seriousness of his mission, and thus the need for the commitment of the two parties."
