Recommended that the Iraqi Council of Ministers, on Tuesday, to inform the House of Representatives adopted seizure and confiscation of former regime officials Act funds, as pointed out that the sender of the law to the Council since the previous session.
He said the Prime Minister's office in a statement seen (long-Presse), a copy of "The Council of Ministers decided at its meeting held today, chaired by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, to inform the House of Representatives to adopt the Council of Ministers current project addressing the seizure and confiscation of funds of Staff of the former regime, the law according to Resolutions 76 and 88 issued by the referee, which was approved by the previous government Council and sent to the House of Representatives. "
The Council of Ministers approved, in July 2009, the project seizure and confiscation of the property of the former regime and filtered as amended final law and forwarded to the House of Representatives.
