    Shafaq News / The United States consider accelerating the pace of arming and training tribal insurgents in Iraq in order to support attempts to regain control of Ramadi city

    from ISIS terrorist organization.

    Alistair Basque, the spokesman for the US National Security Council said "We are studying the best ways to help local forces in Anbar province."

    US President ,Barack Obama met with senior national security advisers Tuesday to discuss ways to face ISIS organization , according to a statement issued by the Council.

    The meeting was attended by 25 advisers, including Vice President , Joe Biden , Secretary of State , John Kerry , Secretary of Defense ,Ashton Carter and Gen. Lloyd Austin, commander of US Central Command.

    Obama confirmed "the United States' strong support for the efforts of the Iraqi government to retake Ramadi, capital of Anbar province, of the predominantly Sunni.

    In the meantime, security and tribal sources in Anbar reported that the clans of Al-Obiad and Albu Mahal have regained control of a village west of the province after fierce battles with ISIS terrorists.
