    [ltr]Confirmed the parliamentary finance committee member Majda al-Tamimi, said on Saturday that the central government will not hand over the financial allocations of the current year budget for the Kurdistan region what it does not abide by the recent oil Convention.[/ltr]

    [ltr]It said al-Tamimi, said that "Kirkuk oil continued to the central government, but the Kurdistan has linked the pipes and wells of Kirkuk tubes Arbil to export oil and the monopoly of resources to it, taking advantage of the infrastructure destroyed by the war on terror and that need money and appropriate conditions for their maintenance," pointing out that " the provincial government is able to cover its expenses through such resources if they do not receive their allocations from the budget.     [ltr]The Iraqi newspaper published the facts, the federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2016, which passed the House of Representatives and endorsed by the Presidency of the Republic and this is what the budget means the entry into force and sanitation by the government.[/ltr]
