    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Reform Directorate associated to the Ministry of Justice released, during last March, (792) inmates after the end of their sentence periods.
    The spokesperson of the MoJ, Wisam al-Freji, said on Wednesday “The Reform Directorate proceeded to carry out the instructions of the Justice Minister, Hasan al-Shimmari about releasing the detainees whom their sentence period have finished.”
    He pointed out that “The ministry has released 578 inmates from Baghdad prisons while the number of the released detainees from the other provinces’ prisons reached 214 convicts who had ended their sentences.”
