    The Oil Ministry announced, increase its oil exports in the month of January, but the country's revenues from this article strategic fell about $ 650 million due to the significant decline in oil prices. 
    The Baghdad faces a severe financial crisis following the fall in oil prices, as the price of a barrel of oil rate in December reached second of $ 22.21, which is less than half of what was adopted in the country's budget. Iraq exported an average of three million and 28,000 barrels per day during the month of January, while the export rate during December last three million and 21,000 barrels a day, but revenues fell from 2.92 billion to 2.26 billion, according to the ministry statement. The decline in revenue is due to the decline in oil prices, which reached an average of $ 29 a barrel in the month of December last, compared to $ 22.21 for the month of January. This did not include the source of exports oil from the northern fields controlled by the Kurdistan Regional Government, through the Turkish port of Ceyhan.The Kurdish authorities to export oil independently of the central government of the northern provinces, after the collapse of the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil last year. The Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari warned last week that his country will witness in the 2016 economic crisis "difficult and tough" because of the "collapse" of oil prices, which represents President supplier to the central government treasury. It coincides this crisis at a time locked country, a fierce war against al Daash who seized large swathes of territory in the north and west of the country since mid-2014 and caused these battles in the displacement of millions of Iraqis, it is expected to increase these numbers following the expansion of the scope of military operations for the recovery of land from the grip of the jihadists. The United Nations launched Sunday an appeal to donor countries for $ 861 million in humanitarian aid to millions of people in Iraq suffering from war and displacement. Lise Grande Humanitarian Coordinator in the UN mission in Iraq during a press conference in Baghdad that "the government in the awkward position due to oil prices, which have deteriorated so much, so I ask the international community to be generous."
