Confirmed economic expert senior World Bank in Iraq, Sybille Colacsaz, that the World Bank supports the reforms talked about in the federal government and the government of theregion and there are funded by countries including Japan , are also supportive of thereforms.
The Colacsaz, in her speech during the "Forum of Sulaimaniya," the fourth in his second day on Thursday, said that "Iraq has entered non-oil dropped 9% linked and this has a significant impact on the overall budget for Iraq and this decline significantly affects also the Kurdistan region."
Regarding the federal government reforms to reduce expenses, said: "The government has taken some decisions, but needed a lot of decisions to reform."
