[ltr]Said Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Hussain al-Shahristani, Wednesday, that the Iraqi blood is sacred and can not be waived.[/ltr]
[ltr]Shahristani said in a brief statement received / balances News / copy of it, that "Iraqi blood is sacred and does not have anyone, whatever the authority to waive it."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Presidential Office announced, Wednesday, for a waiver, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Hussein al-Shahristani, the complaint made by against the convicted former MP Mohammed al-Daini issue of "defamation" .anthy 29/34 R.[/ltr]
