    [ltr]He confirmed the Presidency of the resumption of the Federal Rusafa success of the Iraqi courts to deal with crimes committed by the technology, despite the lack of texts to handle these acts, calling for the enactment of an integrated law for electronic media regulating the work sites across the Internet and how to grant licenses and control by the relevant authorities.[/ltr]
    [ltr]And the transfer of the Media Centre of the judiciary from the Vice President of the Appeals Judge Shehab Ahmed Yassin, saying that "the Iraqi judiciary renewed and keep pace with the evolution of life, and can find solutions to the various provisions and novel issues."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Yassin said that "the courts have succeeded in dealing with the electronic files in both civil and criminal, and reached a logical provisions in question, despite the lack of legal provisions that deal with these cases."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He also confirmed that "the appeal bodies and the Federal Court of Cassation ratified many of the decisions on electronic crimes," called "the age of an integrated law on electronic media; it represents a considerable amount of media work in the country's part, it also supports the judiciary in the exercise of his role."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He noted that "the required law must include how to practice sites across the Internet to work and give them the license and the extent subject to control of the relevant authorities."[/ltr]
    [ltr]For his part, the legal expert Tareq Harb sees in commenting on the call that "the lesson of the crime, not the way they were committed, even though it was through the means of modern technology."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Harb said that "the lack of legal provision for electronic crimes, does not mean the survival of these acts without punishment; because the text respect to the crime and not how perpetration."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "specialized terrorism and organized crime, the Central Criminal Court has issued several decisions for the actions of a terrorist nature did not commit almost directly but passed through electronic means" .anthy 29 / tc n[/ltr]
