[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Baghdad -arac Press -8 May / May: Planning Minister Salman Jumaili revealed on Sunday for thetotal cost of the damage caused by terrorist acts in all institutions of the state for the period 2004 to 2016, indicating that it was (36.8) trillion dinars.
Jumaily said in a statement, said the Ministry ofDefense came first prize the size of the damage between the ministries as the volume of damage tothe 15 trillion and 350 billion dinars, either at theprovincial level Anbar province came first place inthe extent of the damage , which amounted to 107 billion dinars, and a non - related to the Ministry of the level of the central bank first place the size of the damage , which amounted came 708 billion Iraqi dinars, he said . these include damage to state institutions does not include the damage suffered by the citizens.
He said the biggest proportion of the damage was after the emergence of Daash 2014 , which reached 61 per cent compared with the period before 2014, pointing out that the extent of the damage for this period amounted to 29 trillion dinars (7.8) trillion dinars during the period from 2004 to 2014
He Jumaili that the sum of the total amount for the size of the damage to the ministries amounted to 35 trillion dinars, equivalent to 30 billion dollars .. while the total size of the damage to the approaching non - related to the Ministry (1.6) trillion dinars, equivalent to 1.4 billion dollars .. the extent of the damage caused to the infrastructure of the provinces (local departments only) amounted to (154) billion and (993) million, equivalent to approximately 133 million dollars
He called on Minister of Planning to hold an international conference of donor countries for the purpose of urging them to contribute to the reconstruction of areas affected by the terrorist operations carried out by Daash gangs process, noting thatthe ministry has documented all the damages suffered by the state institutions , according to archive electronic system and thatit was seeking to organize an exhibition comprehensive embodies such damages to serve as a message to the international community
So said Jumaili extent of the damage reached by the committee formed at the Ministry of Planning did not cover all thedamages suffered by the state institutions, adding that the damage to the antiquities are not confined within this report heaped priceless and therefore was another mechanism overwhelmed the basis of work on a recover those relics in coordination with the UN and international organizations , the police, and that the damage related to the governorates included local administrations only with the inclusion of damage in other institutions in the provinces with the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry , each according to its association.
