[rtl]The Council of Ministers decided on Sunday to postpone the meeting until further notice, for lack of a quorum.[/rtl]
[rtl]A source said in an interview with "Sky Press," that "Abadi decided to postpone the Cabinet meeting, until further notice," attributing the reason "lack of a quorum for the meeting is completed."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "There is a controversy over the presence of the new ministers or not, as well as the constitutionality of the swearing-in of new ministers in the cabinet room."[/rtl]
[rtl]He was scheduled to resume Iraqi cabinet on Sunday, holding meetings under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the presence of the five new ministers.[/rtl]
