    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament lifted its regular and last session till the 18th of June to have a holiday for 35 days.
    A parliamentary source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The parliament chairmanship lifted its regular and last session of its current term to the 18th of June after approving the amendment of returning the politically dismissed employees to their posts law and conducting the first reading of the Political Prisoners law.”

    Deputy
    for the Kurdish Alliance revealed near the emergence of President Jalal
    Talabani, who is currently in Germany on television.

    Al-saadun said each agency in Iraq, "Talabani, according to the latest
    information from your Dr said that his health is improving and we nttzer
    these days appear on TV."

    "As
    for finding an alternative to the President of the Republic, subject to
    the National Union Party, which is led by Talabani for deciding on this
    important post for the people of Iraq and the Kurdistan Alliance, but

    The
    announcement came after conflicting reports in recent days about the
    validity of President Jalal Talabani, between his death and his
    stability.

    Talabani
    is under treatment for more than 4 months in hospital following a
    stroke was transferred to a hospital in the German capital Berlin for
    treatment and follow-up to his health.

    It
    was a statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic on 17 December
    2012 announced that President Talabani suffered a stroke and was taken
    ill due to overwork, tiredness, was taken to a private hospital in
    Baghdad to control the condition, under medical supervision.

    Three
    days later, on 20 September the Germans hastily recruited doctors to
    transfer President Talabani to Germany where a large hospitals there.

    In
    a striking development of parliamentary integrity Committee member
    disclosed the judge Jaafar al-Musawi to IGN about "the Presidency of the
    aladaam to send a letter to the Chair of the House demanding that
    elected the President of the Republic for that Office in accordance with
    the provisions of article [72] of the Constitution, the President is
    absent from a position due to illness and wish him a speedy recovery,
    but constitutional provisions article mentioned to be elected President
    of the Republic to complete the remainder of this session."

    For
    its part, the parliamentary legal Committee, responded to the
    prosecution's request, describing it as "contrary to the Constitution
    and the lack of legal authority to give substance to the allegation by
    submitting such request." ended up 2.
