Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Commander of the Ground Forces will sue MP, Haider al-Mulla, of the Iraqiya Slate for charges related to defamation.
A statement by Ministry of Defense received by IraqiNews.com cited “The General, Ali Ghaidan, will sue Mulla for describing him as (The new Ali Kimyawi).”
Ali Kimyawi is the famous name of Ali Hasan al-Majeed, the cousin of the President of former regime, Saddam Hussien, who attacked Halabcha village in Sulaimaniya province with chemical weapons in 1980s.
