    [rtl]Expressed Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Tuesday, disturbed by the poor distribution of electric power on an ongoing basis.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl] A source from inside the prime minister's "Sky Press" that "Abadi" was disturbed by poor distribution of electric power on a regular basis in the country, especially Baghdad, adding that he intends to make functional changes in the ministry as well as to exempt agents and managers of two years, is out of office or retirement ". [/rtl]
     
    [rtl] The source, who requested anonymity, that "Abadi studied with a number of officials proposed the use of advisory offices of the countries of Europe, specifically Germany to help workers in the ministry and the development of their performance."[/rtl]
