Parliamentary Finance Committee called on Friday to grant loans to the agricultural sector, being one of the most important sectors for response.
He said the Commission's decision, Ahmed al-Haj told all of Iraq [where] that "the granting of loans need to be careful and thorough study," adding that "the Council of Ministers and the Central Bank, which grants these loans, they have a thorough study on this subject, but need facilities, because the situation in Iraq now need time credits by borrowers. "
He believed that "the granting of loans must be sectors that are more responsive to the development of its production of other sectors," noting that "the industrial sector response in Iraq a few, compared to the agricultural sector on the grounds that the latter represents a basket of food, fertile soil and abundant water are helping agriculture and production ".
The Ministry of Agriculture announced last Tuesday, the launch of agricultural loans provided by the Central Bank of Iraq by the ACB by 33% and equivalent to [1.650] trillion dinars [more than a billion dollars.
