    [ltr]According to publishing Court, entitlement journalist in directing all kinds of questions to the officials, a sign thatyou can not be considered a crime according to any circumstance, and as pointed out that the attack on thejournalist is tight a crime similar to the official employee, he cautioned that judiciary gives ample space to get information with some exceptions in the law relating to controls state institutions and military secrets and private lives of individuals that make them ill.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The judge said a specialist in publishing and media issues , Mohammed Salman, said that "Article IV of theprotection of journalists for the year 2011 law, the media was granted access to the information and can not be held accountable for their source only if they constitute a crime."[/ltr]
    [ltr]See Salman in an interview with the newspaper of the judiciary, the media center of the judiciary that " thelegislator initially opens all the doors to the press, with exceptions prohibits the publication of news and pictures ofindividuals regardless of their credibility in the event of an abuse of a person." Among the restrictions set by law journalist to work in three axes by a "Posting of official institutions, and freedoms of individuals own through abuse them, as well as the security of information pertaining to the supreme interest of the country."[/ltr]

    [ltr]Salman pointed out that " the Iraqi legislature are not held accountable for any journalist question addressed to theofficial," believe that "Iraq the only country to explain the texts to work around a sophisticated journalist; becausethe intent is to get the information."[/ltr]

    [ltr]He completed Salman saying that "Iraqi law granted great facilities journalist to work, and books related to theimportant purpose of facilitating access to documents and correspondence and not to hinder the work."[/ltr]
    [ltr]For his part, Deputy Attorney General in court Noman Adam said that " the court of publishing and media have laidthe foundations of a journalist in Iraq work and granted wide latitude to inform the public opinion on the facts asthey are," and promised " the experience drew the admiration of all , both within and outside the country."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Adam said in a statement to the newspaper "elimination", that " the attack on the journalists ' files are located fromthe jurisdiction of the ordinary courts to investigate all across the presidencies of the Courts of Appeal."[/ltr]
