The parliamentary questions stated, “Based on the provisions of Article (61 Seventh / A) of the Constitution, Articles (27 and 29) of Parliament Law No. 13 of 2018 and Articles (50 and 51) of the House of Representatives’ internal system, we would like to inform us of the reasons for continuing Assigning Mr. Ali, the former Director General of Iraqi Airways, who was dismissed by the Prime Minister, to the position of Acting Director General in the Ministry of Transport, despite the many complaints about him in the Federal Integrity Commission, his repeated failures, and his failure to meet the required conditions.
