Cabinet discussed during its regular Tuesday therecommendations and conclusions contained in the minutes of the meeting of the committee formed to investigate the technical and legal procedures in the construction of buildings that were destroyed in the terrorist bombing in the Karrada district of the incident.
A statement by the Prime Minister 's Office that « the Council considered during its meeting headed by Haider al - Abadi, in detail on the recommendations and conclusions contained in the minutes of the meeting of the committee formed to investigate the technical and legal procedures in the construction of buildings that were destroyed in theterrorist bombing in the Karrada district accident, and stand on the reasons that led to the expansion of the size of the human and material damage and the availability ofstandards legal controls on the use of buildings, streets , and the level of occupational safety measures. » In order to support life in the marshlands and the provision ofschools and educational services required, and approved by the Council of Ministers, to complete the project of constructing 130 schools in the marshlands, implemented in phases starting in 2017.
The Council also decided according to the statement authorizing the Ministry ofElectricity transfers materials available in stores for the benefit of projects investment in order to perform the acts necessary maintenance of the electrical system. The statement noted that the Council of Ministers approved a protocol of cooperation with the Egyptian side and Iran on the processing material for edible oil, and the substance of milk powder for babies.
In the financial and commercial fields Council approved the draft Commercial Agency Regulatory Act and the draft Iraqi Commission Act to adopt and refer them to the House of Representatives.[/rtl]
