    Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, for the allocation of 22% from the fiscal year 2017 budget of the security services, and as pointed to the possibility of applying a vacation state employees to "staging" in consultation with the Council of Ministers confirmed the continuation of its meetings until the adoption of the budget. 
    He said the Finance Committee by Masood Haider in an interview with (long-Presse), said that "22% of the financial budget of the country for 2017 has allocated the security ministries, the largest allocation compared to other sectors," noting that "paragraph five years leave to employees are not included in The draft budget, but will gradually work out where he will apply for a year to see the negatives and positives and benefit from them economically, and in consultation between the Finance Committee and Council of Ministers. "
    He said Haider, that "vacation staff will serve the government in the short term to provide additional sums of money," stressing that "the Finance Committee will remain in Baghdad and meets daily to while approving the budget."
    The House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri announced, on 23 October 2016, received the presidency of the parliament finance the budget law for next year 2017, as amended by the Council of Ministers, in the face of its inclusion on the agenda of the 25th session to be held, on Monday.
    He announced the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, on Tuesday (18 October 2016), send the draft budget to the 2017 Act to the House of Representatives after making amendments to it, as he emphasized that the project included the previous agreement with the Kurdistan region, while pointing to an amendment to the draft General Amnesty Law.
