US oil prices saw a decline in future dealings, slipping futures price for Brent by 0.24% to $ 49 a barrel at 20:53 GMT.
It fell US crude Nymex at about 0.06% for up to $ 48 a barrel.
The decline in oil prices after a report by Baker Hughes oil services, today, an increase of the number of US rigs running in the week.
The report added that the number of rigs totaled 474 rigs running, compared with 471 rigs last week.
For the corresponding period of last year, the number dropped by about 151 rigs drilling rigs; as the number of rigs running amounted to the same period of 2015 about 593 rigs.
