    Sadrists open fire on the Islamic Supreme Council leader Ammar al - Hakim, accusing him of stalling , "Judicial Council" law , which was listed on the session last Saturday's agenda.

    The Sadr movement is the only party in the National Alliance , which did not vote in favor of al - Hakim during his election to the presidency of the coalition three months before the session.

    That article states that "the judiciary Federation, of the Supreme Judicial Council, the Supreme Federal Court, the Federal Cassation Court, the Prosecutor 's Office , the Judiciary Inspection Department and other federal courts that are regulated in accordance with the law." The MP Hassan Turan warns of the danger of"concentration of power , however , one person", and calls that " the President of the Council chooses from among its members through the ballot."
