    confirmed Iraq 's new ambassador to Egypt Habib Hadi al- Sadr, Wednesday, that Egypt is the "column Arabic tent , " and without them there is no Arab countries, pointing out that the meeting with President Asamra Abdel Fattah al- Sisi heat him when submitting his credentials confirmed " the depth and strength . " Egyptian - Iraqi relations. 

    Sadr said, in a press his remarks today, is the first since he assumed his new post as ambassador to Iraq in Cairo, said that Egyptian - Iraqi relations took during the recent period , the last of strength and rigidity and strategic depth trend under the leadership of President al- Sisi, stressing the determination of the Iraqi state to move forward in order to develop these relationships.




    He added that he had a strategic plan for the transit of these relations from the stage of understanding, coordination and warmth to the starting in all areas stage, stressing that Egypt and Iraq to the leadership, government and people desperately want to return to the historical relations between the two countries at all levels. 

    He continued: "We no longer have the luxury to waste time policy more than that", pointing out that Egypt and Iraq in one trench and have one goal in the level of sophistication of these relations in light of the common enemy , which is terrorism and extremist groups. 

    He pointed out that described the Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari to Egypt as " the greatest Arab" did not come from a vacuum, stressing that Egypt is the Arab tent pole and without them there is no Arab countries and a tent. 

    He explained that Iraq is open to Egypt a real and a new open - minded ", directed a message to Egypt 's leadership, government and people that" Iraq opens his hand to Egypt in various fields and at all levels. " 

    Declared the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, in a November 23, 2016, approval of the nomination of Habib Hadi al- Sadr, an ambassador Iraq Cairo, succeeding former Ambassador Zia Dabbas.
