    Said the security committee in the Baghdad Provincial Council member Fazel Shuli, Tuesday, that the politically promoted and path line, "Baghdad security fence" has prevented the implementation of the project so far, while noting the need to clarify the reasons for the establishment of the fence extensively.

    He said: You can not separate between Baghdad and its outskirts or between clans even according to the law, which will be approved in the coming period, which regards the capital, adding that the project of the fence is the responsibility of the Baghdad Operations Command and the formal and locked gates without blocking the entry and exit wheels citizens.
    It is said that the government plans to promote stability in Baghdad by building a security fence and set up checkpoints at the entrances to the capital, and to provide checkpoints with explosives detection as well as surveillance cameras at specific points.
