Said Director General of Housing Fund Burhanuddin Salman, in a press statement that the Fund decided to grant loans to the Lands housing of less than 100 square meters requirement for a support independent and is rumored, agricultural or industrial He added that the Fund continues granting loan of 35 million dinars for the province of Baghdad that are repayable over 15 years at a monthly premium ranges from 196 thousand dinars, while the loan is housing for the rest of the provinces 30 million dinars monthly installments 175 thousand dinars. He said the Fund has prepared a plan to fund 30 thousand housing units this year , noting that grant loans to fund 17 thousand beneficiaries so far. He pointed out that the Fund began implementing his new plan funded housing projects in Baghdad and the provinces carried out by foreign and local companies, stressing that the fund has recently funded company Gao monastery more than two billion Iraqi dinars for the construction of a residential complex in the area of ​​Dour in Salahuddin province. He said the financing Ataatm process only after the company executing the project to the implementation of more than 25% of the residential project, adding that the bank allocated 150 billion dinars will be funded on these projects until the end of the year.

    He explained that the bank will finance six other companies after carrying out more than 25% of residential projects, pointing out that 80% of these projects are carried out in the provinces and 20% in Baghdad.

    He stressed that the Fund extended an invitation for companies wishing to obtain funding for its residential projects in Baghdad and the provinces to submit their offers to study and join it in the financing of these projects, noting that the fund is determined to finance more than 20 thousand residential units
