    [ltr]A statement by the Information Office of the bank received / balances News / copy of it, "the bank pays the salaries of retirees from the money before it is fed from the pension body in order to help retirees and non-disabled hand them over to their salaries," noting that "controls in place requires that retirement Authority feeding amounts of pensions for the Bank in its capacity as an executive exchange distributed among pensioners.     For as much as I WISH it was the "exchange" we are looking for, I think from the reading it really means "payout" date. Just my thoughts....   study

    Rafidian bank wants the money from the Retirement Authority before they cash the cheques of the pensioners.  Sounds like they have run into problems in the past as Neno says a liquidity problem.....nothing here to help us
