{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP ruled out for the National Alliance Haider Mawla, hold provincial elections on time in the 16 of next September.
He said the Lord told {Euphrates News}, " The remaining period is not sufficient to conduct provincial elections," noting that there are "quasi agreement on provincial law."
He stressed that " the law 's passage will not take a long time," adding that " the problem in the House of Representatives election law , where a lot of problems and inaccuracies."
He said the Lord, that " the law came unexpectedly despite the presence of two proposals," stressing "his presence will be a place of differences between the political blocs."
It is scheduled that the local elections for provincial councils held in next September.
The House of Representatives ended during its meeting on 25 February, to discuss the provincial elections law, for its part , the Independent Electoral Commission of the electoral process partners called for a review of its offices for the purpose of Aatmadhm.anthy
