British Ministry of Defense paid 22 million pounds in compensation for the war in Iraq

It revealed the British Daily Mail newspaper on Tuesday that British taxpayers filed a bill worth more than 22 million pounds for the settlement of claims for violations committed by the British army in Iraq.
The report, which translation agency / information / "The British Ministry of Defense has made the 1471 case of a claim of Iraqi citizens between the years 2003 to 2017 which paid $ 21,949,979 pounds in compensation."
He added that "there are other claims numbered 1145 issue over the six years until the British withdrawal from Iraq in 2009 have been settled in the amount of 2.1 million pounds by allegations of officials in Iraq have not been deployed to the public in Britain."
The report noted that "the settlements were paid by the British Ministry of Defense with the Iraqis, without adjourning the court to return to the ministry does not accept that the claim is due to mistreatment and abuse."
