"
He added that "Abbadi's release of this Diwani order is an expression of the fulfillment of the victory makers who contributed to the elimination of gangs that support terrorism and liberate our beloved lands, the most recent of which is the city of Mosul, which is issuing the directives of the religious authority." The statement added that "the guidance has been provided that the concerned parties will complete their procedures in the process of providing plots of land and allocating them by no later than 1-11 -2017.
