    Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on Saturday ordered the allocation of land to the families of the fighters who were martyred in the battles of liberating the land from the control of the organization calling the terrorist, while the relevant parties to provide loans from specialized banks to build housing units covered by this matter.
    A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office said that "Abbadi issued a decree ordering the allocation of plots of land in the residential sites of the families of the heroes who were martyred in the face of terrorism and the liberation battles of the armed forces, the security forces of all kinds, the popular crowd, Tribal and peshmerga, and the disabled who took part in those battles who are unable to work. "
    He added that "Abbadi's release of this Diwani order is an expression of the fulfillment of the victory makers who contributed to the elimination of gangs that support terrorism and liberate our beloved lands, the most recent of which is the city of Mosul, which is issuing the directives of the religious authority."     The statement added that "the guidance has been provided that the concerned parties will complete their procedures in the process of providing plots of land and allocating them by no later than 1-11 -2017. The concerned parties will also provide loans from specialized banks to build housing units for those covered by this matter. Working teams shall be formed by the concerned executive bodies to complete their work tasks under the specified time-frames "
