Al-Sadr: I do not mind the alliance with Abadi and Hakim
Sadr's leader, Muqtada al-Sadr, said on Friday that "the Sadrist movement does not mind the establishment of an alliance of Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi and head of the National Alliance Ammar al-Hakim."
"I have no objection to the alliance, not as a person, but as a flow of my chest with the slaves and the wise," Sadr said in an interview with the Journal News.
He added that "the Sadr movement is in the formation of a block of transit quotas, from independent technocrats do not belong to anyone, from new faces."
"The mission of the bloc took Iraq to safety while providing services to citizens."
Sadr said that "Iraq is currently in poverty and war and security problems as well as service, and the new government to take its hand for good."
