Parliamentary financial decision: the Central Bank hesitates to open two branches in Kurdistan

The Central Bank has announced on August 8 the acquisition of the Kurdistan Regional Government deposits in the branches of the Central Bank affiliated to the Ministry of Finance of the region, which is estimated at 5 trillion dinars, which returns about 50% to the Iraqi Trade Bank , and the other half to more than 80 branches of the subsidiary For private banks, including branches of foreign banks operating in Iraq.
