The Federal Office of Financial Supervision, the Central Bank of Iraq, called for opening an audit of accounts on the "Kurdistan International Islamic Bank for Investment and Development" to withdraw and hide funds from the Turkish Hulk Bank, and several other illegal cases, as shown below.
