    [rtl]The Interior Ministry confirmed that the end of next year will see the conversion of all civil status departments in Baghdad and the provinces to issue the national card.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The end of next year will see the conversion of all civil status departments in Baghdad and the provinces to issue the unified national card," said Mahdi al-Waeli, director of the Civil Status Directorate. To be issued throughout the country and gave more than two million and 400 thousand of them to citizens.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that the Directorate was able to transfer all the departments of the provincial centers to the issuance of the unified card, in addition to the conversion of all civil status departments in the provinces of Karbala, Najaf, Ashraf, Babylon, Diwaniyah and Muthanna to the issuance of the national card, while the rates of completion of other provinces, according to the number of directorates of the situation.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Waeli said that the Directorate chose the beginning of its work, Directorate of the conditions of the Diyala bridge, being the smallest department of civil affairs in Baghdad and containing 70 civil records only as a preliminary experiment for the start of the project. The success of the experiment was a great incentive to circulate the project to the rest of the capital.[/rtl]
    He stressed that the completion of the project will contribute significantly to the service of citizens, the fact that the card substitute for three documents are the certificate of nationality and identity card and housing card, in addition to ensuring that it is not fraudulent as it contains more than 20 non-permeable security institutions as well as fingerprint of the eye and finger fingers of the citizen.
