Today, Sunday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee clarified the mechanism for amending the retirement law, while confirming that the law exists in the corridors of the government.
Committee member Faisal Al-Naeli told Al-Maalouma, “The House of Representatives is waiting for the amended version of the unified retirement law from the government to conduct a comprehensive study of the law in accordance with the existing proposals for reading and approving it.”
He added, “The Finance Committee is in favor of amending the retirement law despite its financial aspect, pointing out that some paragraphs of the unified retirement law need to be amended.”
He explained that "the unified retirement law has not yet reached the Finance Committee and is still with the Council of Ministers." Ended / 25 h
