Russia and Iran will prepare by the end of the year a legal framework for a project to deliver natural gas from Iran to India, and will begin implementation in 2018, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.
Novak said Russia's Gazprom plans to produce natural gas in Iran and will build a 1,200-km-long gas pipeline from Iran to Iran.
The Executive Director of the South Pars Gas Complex, Masoud Hosni, has previously disclosed the extraction of gas from the joint field of 68 thousand million cubic meters since the beginning of this year (Iranian starting March 21), an increase of more than 15 percent compared to the same period in last year.
