    DAMASCUS, (SANA) - Syrian Minister of Electricity Mohammad Zuhair Kharbotli announced on Sunday that the Syrian capital Damascus will host a tripartite meeting between Iraq, Syria and Iran in December to sign the final protocol on electricity linkage.
