revealed an Israeli site, Wednesday, about the content of a message carrying official from the Russian Foreign Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Syrian President Bashar al - Assad .
Israeli Foreign Minister Sergey Naryshkin, the head of Russia's foreign intelligence service, told Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he had visited Israel on Thursday and met with Netanyahu.

Naryshkin, the closest adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin , conveyed to Assad a warning that Israel would abandon the policy of "non-military intervention" in the Syrian conflict it has adopted for nearly six years if Iran is allowed to establish military bases in Syria , Pointing out that he held secret talks with Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, Mossad Director Yossi Cohen and Israeli national security adviser Meir Ben Shabat, before heading to Ramallah to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
In this context, the website said that these officials identified Narishkin as the various threats to Israel if Iran established permanent military bases in Syria.
"This is the first time that a senior Russian intelligence official has traveled between Tel Aviv and Ramallah," he said, hinting that the move suggests Putin is seeking to mediate between Israeli and Palestinian leaders.
On the details of Nareshkin's meeting, the website revealed that he sought to convince senior Israeli officials to cooperate with the project to stop the escalation reached by the United States and Russia , but said that his initiative was rejected on the pretext of non-cooperation of the two powers to prevent Iran from establishing a military presence in Syria.
The site added that Naryshkin reassured his meeting in Tel Aviv somewhat when he assured them that the Sochi Summit, which Putin launched last week with the Iranian and Turkish presidents were not directed against Israel.
The site concluded that Hezbollah began to mobilize its elements in southern Syria in the area of reducing the escalation in Daraa on the Jordanian border, and seemed to be heading west towards the area adjacent to the occupied Golan, immediately after Nareshkin left Tel Aviv.
