[ltr]The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak said on Thursday that the reconstruction conference in Iraq scheduled to be held in Kuwait in mid-February next year an opportunity to launch a large investment program prepared by the National Investment Commission in cooperation with the World Bank, for its importance in restoring stability and reconstruction and return Displaced persons.[/ltr]
[ltr]"Supporting the stability, reconstruction and the launching of investment opportunities will be one of the main axes of the conference," he said during a speech at the third session of the preparatory workshop for the conference.
