The economic expert on behalf of Antoine: "The budget came out of its economic objectives to intervene within the conflicts of political blocs and parties, which led to the delay of approval."
The expert Antoine: "The government's formula 1/12 means reserve for more than a year, especially as political conflicts on the budget introduced by political deals away from the economic objectives and constants such as revenues, expenditures and loans, as well as investment budget."
He pointed out that "there are some parties to authorize the agreement with the blocks on the budget, and this is a violation of the law because the Constitution did not refer to the opinion of the blocks and parties, but the approval of members of Parliament as the main body."
The House of Representatives will resume its meetings next week to discuss the budget after being returned by the government without little changes due to lack of funds.
