    Former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has launched an offensive and harsh criticism against Khamenei, accusing him of violating the regime's inviolability of the judiciary and failing to hold officials accountable, stressing that the authorities are killing detainees in prisons. 

    According to a report published by Radio Zaman, Ahmadinejad (while in front of a Tehran court) accused government and judiciary officials (headed by the leader) of being above the law and not subject to any investigation or judicial issue.

    This came in the wake of the trial of his assistant, "Hamid Bqai." 

    Ahmadinejad commented on the decision not to allow him to attend a court hearing, saying that although judicial officials announced that this meeting was public, he was prevented from attending, considering that there is no institution or official in Iran subject to interrogation or investigation of any complaint or issue Against him. 

    Ahmadinejad accused the judiciary of fabricating charges and not holding officials accountable. "When we face a corrupt official or a criminal, where do we go to complain?" In fact, we do not see any place or body working to investigate or prosecute the officials. 

    He added: Even the leader, who is primarily responsible for the performance of the judiciary and the rest of the organs is also subject to investigation. 

    On the recent events in the political arena and security in Iran, Ahmadinejad said that the number of deaths in prisons can not be the result of "suicide" as alleged by the authorities, accusing the authorities to liquidate them.

    He said that those who narrow the situation and ashamed of his poverty and his sentence condemned in the eyes of the regime, and when he goes out to advocate his rights, arrest him "arbitrarily" and then declare that he was an addict and committed suicide. 

    It is noteworthy that Ahmadinejad has launched a scathing attack, earlier, the head of the judicial force in Iran, "Sadiq Larijani," after his conviction and his assistants leaked confidential security documents and the non-appearance and submission of these documents by the authorities; he said: that Larijani repeatedly violates the articles of the Constitution, and after This case turned out to be invalid and legitimate in the judiciary and must be removed from this position.
