"
    He added that "the federal government and the Prime Minister has already promised to pay the salaries of the staff of the region, especially the staff of education and health, but even today, these promises are only words through the media without implementation, at a time that the sectors of education and health are vital sectors and should be dealt with exceptionally and keep them away from the debates Political parties. "
    Bakr stressed that "Abadi must take realistic measures and pay the salaries of education staff in the province in a quick time, because delaying them to another time means insufficient time to save the academic year and the loss of a full year of our students' age, something we did not wish of the federal government Its concern for the citizens of the region as part of the Iraqi people. "
