Najib said in an interview for Alsumaria News, "The staff of the Kurdistan region and after a long wait has been the payment of salaries for 317 billion dinars, which has been identified in the exchange of 270 billion dinars as salaries of employees and 35 billion salaries of the Peshmerga," indicating that " Is 898 billion dinars, that in the event of the issuance of the grant granted by the government of the actual need, there is a deficit exceeding 600 billion dinars, offset by the absence of oil imports to fill the deficit after the federal government control of oil sources.
Najib added that "the amounts provided not enough to pay the salaries of two ministries only, and may not be enough to pay the salaries of all employees of the Ministries of Health and Education of 200 billion dinars without the previous accumulation, which is the number of this figure, although the ministries have completed the audit of the names of employees, which are important sectors. 

"Najib explained that" the federal government delayed a lot of salaries of employees and invoked the issue of checking names and despite the completion of the audit of two ministries did not pay their salaries in full, and proceeded with many excuses and after the implementation of the condition did not abide by the implementation of its promises in full, "noting that" the management of the country's political and partisan temperament trying to please A constituent or a party or a party at the expense of a segment of the people cut off their livelihood is a very serious policy and there will be serious consequences for those who adopt them. "

" 

The Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Regional Government announced, on (March 19, 2018), on the arrival of salaries of regional employees of the federal government, noting that it will be spent the next two days.
