    [rtl]The Ministry of Finance announced the launch of procedures for paying employees' salaries in the Kurdistan region, through a loan from Al-Rafidain and Al-Rashid Banks. [/rtl]
    [rtl]And the ministry said in a press statement that the procedures are based on Cabinet Resolution No. 23500, in a session last Sunday, September 3, indicating that "the two banks will sign a loan agreement with the Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan region to pay the salaries of the region's employees, with the guarantee of a deposit provided by the Ministry." Federal finances, provided that they are settled from the dues of the region after their commitment to the provisions of the budget law. [/rtl]
    [rtl]The ministry affirmed: "its keenness to guarantee the financial rights of all citizens and employees in accordance with what is imposed by the stipulated controls and instructions, and accordingly the federal government issued a decision to disburse financial loans to the Kurdistan Regional Government as salaries for its employees," noting that "the representative of the region is required to coordinate with the Rafidain and Rashid banks for the purpose of signing The Minister of Finance in the Kurdistan Regional Government, the loan agreement according to the decision of the Council of Ministers. [/rtl]
    [rtl]She also confirmed that these procedures: “are based on what was stated in the Federal General Budget Law No. 13 of 2023, including securing the financial rights of those who are entitled to it,” explaining that “the government is keen to meet the requirements of employees in the Kurdistan region, as well as implement financial reforms aimed at promoting economic growth.” ".[/rtl]
