Haneen Kaddo reveals the constitutional way to postpone the session of Parliament tomorrow and its causes

A member of the Fatah Alliance Haneen Qado, Sunday, that the parliament session scheduled for tomorrow, will be postponed by the head of the age, who will manage the session, because of the incompatibility between the blocks on the positions of the three presidencies and the largest bloc.
Qado said in a statement that "the session [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]of the House of Representatives[/url] can not be postponed constitutionally, but there will be a way out, as the lack of agreement on the formation of the largest bloc and the election of the President of Parliament will require the head of age postpone the meeting."
He added that "after the postponement of the meeting there will be an agreement on the formation of the largest bloc and resolve the issue of the three presidencies," noting that "the older president can [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/74731/%D8%AA%D8%A3%D8%AC%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3%D8%A9]postpone the meeting[/url] in the event not agreed on the Speaker of Parliament and the largest bloc and vice presidents and three presidencies."
The first session under the chairmanship of the oldest deputy must be the election of the speaker of parliament and his deputies, and then vote on the candidate of the presidency, who will choose the prime minister in turn.
