Tamimi: Parliament session tomorrow will be based on constitutional breach

The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, that the meeting [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]of the House of Representatives[/url] for tomorrow, based on a constitutional breach, because the head of the age was better to resolve the first meeting without delay, and therefore a session contrary to the Constitution.
Al-Tamimi said in a press statement that "the election of the President of the Republic must be resolved before reaching October 3, because article 72 of the Constitution set a period of one month to resolve the nomination of personalities and the choice of the President of the Republic," likely "to postpone the session of Parliament scheduled to be held tomorrow, Republic during the next session. "
And Tamimi, that "the candidate for the presidency of the Republic must get two-thirds of the votes within the parliament in order to be a president of the Republic, where it will resolve between entities by consensus."
He stressed that "the rules of choosing the President of the Republic stipulates that he has a university degree and his age exceeds 40 years and fair and does not require to be pregnant more than a nationality in accordance with Law No. 8 of 2012 unlike other positions."
