Muthanna crimes: Six sentences of life imprisonment for a senior oil smuggler on a pipe hole in several areas
The Muthanna Criminal Court on Tuesday sentenced life offenders to six years of life imprisonment for smuggling oil products in a number of areas of the province.
The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement that "the court of crimes Muthanna considered six cases of a senior investigator to puncture the pipeline of oil products in several places of the province and stole the oil product from it."
He added that "the court issued its sentences on the convict in accordance with the provisions of Article IV / 1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005 and the meaning of Article 6 / first of the law of smuggling of oil and its derivatives No. 41 of 2008.
