"The government of Abdul-Mahdi is a disappointing government, especially for the people of Basra province," said a deputy for the alliance "Asron" in the province of Basra, on Sunday, saying that "Abdul-Mahdi ignored the province completely, and did not take into account the people of the province who suffered over the years Of unfairness.
The deputy said that "the marginalization of Abdul-Mahdi to Basra and the unity of political blocs in the province, despite the different directions, and began the stage of collecting files of corruption on the ministers of Abdul Mahdi."
He added that "the majority of the ministers of Abdul-Mahdi known to us, they are involved in large corruption files during the previous period, especially those who held important positions in the state," noting that "We as deputies for Basra will provide during the coming period files corruption, and withdraw confidence from the ministers of Abdul Mahdi involved in corruption "He said.
"The people will also start a new movement of popular demonstrations disaffected against the marginalization of the province, and will be these demonstrations after the end of the visit (the fortieth), and we will be supporting deputies of the demonstrations and participants."
He stressed that "Abdul-Mahdi chose the path of confrontation with Basra and deliberately provoked, which will lose a lot," according to Al-Arabi newspaper.
The government of Abdul Mahdi, who won the confidence of parliament, did not include any minister from Basra, which was aspiring to the Ministry of Oil, provoked provocation, and returned the claims to declare a province.
