MP Iqbal: Ministries have doubled their allocations in the budget for reasons of mistrustMP Mohammad Iqbal said that the budget of 2019 was based on a price and a very conservative estimate of the barrel of oil, which was determined by the World Bank.
"The World Bank forecasts that the average oil price for 2018 will be $ 72 per barrel and $ 74 a barrel in 2019," Iqbal said in a telegraph on his own Telegraph channel.
He added that "the budget was built on the rate of $ 56 a barrel, a very conservative estimate," stressing "the budget was not balanced."
