MP Iqbal: Ministries have doubled their allocations in the budget for reasons of mistrust
MP Mohammad Iqbal said that the budget of 2019 was based on a price and a very conservative estimate of the barrel of oil, which was determined by the World Bank.
"The World Bank forecasts that the average oil price for 2018 will be $ 72 per barrel and $ 74 a barrel in 2019," Iqbal said in a telegraph on his own Telegraph channel.
He added that "the budget was built on the rate of $ 56 a barrel, a very conservative estimate," stressing "the budget was not balanced."
He added that "the provinces of Gbnt significantly compared to the size of the population and the extent of the devastation, which occurred," noting that "ministries have doubled their allocations for reasons of mistrust?"
