Health prohibits the sale of "lethal" drugs in pharmacies
The Ministry of Health on Tuesday banned the circulation of Ampiclox vial in pharmacies.
The ministry, according to a document issued by the Iraqi Center for Pharmacology, "all pharmaceutical companies to prevent the circulation of Ampiclox vial, which cause serious side effects leading to death."
"As a result of the reports of serious side effects and deaths caused by the use of Ampiclox vial, which are discussed in the private sector, we would like to inform you that this article is not approved by the ministry," the document said.
He pointed out that "companies traded in the Iraqi market is unofficial and anonymous source and prevents circulation in order to maintain the safety of the patient."
