BAGHDAD / NINA / The MP, of the state of law coalition, Ali al-Shilah
accused House Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi not to comply with the council's
    decisions.

He said, in a news conference today 13, Feb that the
President of the House of Representatives focused, in the last session
on the need to attend meetings of the Council. He asked the provinces'
MPs not to leave, but we were surprised that Nujaifi, himself, traveled
outside Iraq to Qatar, leaving the council and the budget.

    He
added "We believe that this act is a major violation, we must all be
present for approving the budget, which is the backbone of the Iraqi
state. We wish Nujaifi stick to his decisions."

    He described
Nujaifi's visit to Doha as: "not represent a milestone for Iraq,"
adding: " Doha is not a major capital in the world to go there between
now and then, he could have postponed this visit Doha until approving
    the budget." / End
