Alaq discusses with bishops of Mosul and Baghdad files of the Christian component

BAGHDAD / The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mehdi Al-Aalak received on Tuesday the Archbishop of Mosul and his accompanying delegation and discussed with them many files concerning the Christian component in Mosul and Baghdad.
"He will visit Mosul soon to follow up the work site of a church in the Old City area of Mosul, to address objections from the Archbishop of Mosul about the destruction of the walls of the church during the reconstruction process," the secretary-general said.
The Secretary-General, according to the statement, on the subject of the Church of the Virgin in Shorja, and the demands of the Bishop of Baghdad on the reconstruction and re-life.
